NOT FOR PUBLIC, DON'T SHARE OUTSIDE FTC JV Team:
This is our engineering design notebook for design competitions. Every team member should make posts, these will be printed for our design notebooks, this should be journal-like and include everything we do or think related to a design project. This includes details of research, meeting summaries with attendees, deeper understanding of problems, pictures, calculations, test procedures and results, technical drawings and design modifications.

Equipment Update
I took joystick inventory, Team 6884 has one working joystick that came with the kit. I don't expect that to be a problem. As far as a second joystick, we will need to share Team 5321's second joystick during testing at school. Of course, the competition game field has joysticks available so it wont impede competition.
There is also second joystick that is partially working, we may be able to work around this and use that joystick for the arm control and the good joystick for driving. We could send this back to the manufacturer after the competition since it is still under warranty. There is a third joystick that has a cut wire, it may be repairable, let me know if someone wants to help me try this.

Hands
Me and new member Kai created two, unique graspers for the robot to use in different ways. We plan to attach them to (a) crane arm(s) for the robot to manipulate.
